Blu-ray Java Programmer has the overall responsibility to program Java based Blu-ray titles to meet customer specifications and timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Program Blu-ray Java discs to meet client specifications and BD authoring standards.
• Customize and work with current templates to meet individual title requirements and specifications
• Provide input and analysis on feasibility of new BD-J features
• Trouble shoots and resolves Programming issues
• Troubleshoot player compatibility issues

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of authoring experience
• Minimum 1 year BD-J Programming experience
• Proven ability to build BD titles
• Extensive understanding of BD specification
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Sonic Scenarist or Sony Blu-print
• Ability to work in a high pressure deadline intensive environment
• Capability to quickly learn new technology
• Capability to work under competitive environment
• Exceptional self-motivation to achieve goal/objective
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Photoshop
