Minimum postings before being able to start a new thread.

Hello,

Is it possible to lock out new users from posting a new topic until they have reached a certain amount of posts in the forums.

The one question posts are getting really annoying and water down the site. Such as:

Ofter you’ll never see them again after they sign up to ask one question.

This doesn’t have to apply to job forums or anything like that. Just the help forums.

Think of it as "putting a bit back into the community, before you take stuff out."
