super newbie question
Posted in: NUKE from The FoundryHello! Its 4am and I can’t sleep because I’m trying to figure out why I can’t get a similar effect that I use in Photoshop in Nuke. I just started learning Nuke a few days ago so excuse me if this has been asked before. I’ve searched and cannot find the answer.
Basically I want to re-create the softlight blending mode from Photoshop in Nuke.
I thought I could do this by using the roto tool and merging it using softlight. But instead of getting the effect I want, the image darkens overall?
I’ve attached images to help explain. Please help! I just want to create a splash of blue on the image kind of tinting it just for a specified area.
