Hasta La Motion!

I have a bit of a noob question concerning some footage I’m tracking in SynthEyes. The source footage is 1080p but I will be comping it at 1280 x 720. It seems to me that it would be best to track it at full-res to get the best detail but I was wondering if that would cause any issues once I exported to Maya. It’s maintaining the same aspect ratio to the best of my knowledge so I don’t think it should make a difference but I’m just getting started with all this so any thoughts or suggestions you guys have would be great! 🙂
