New system configuration for vfx ?

hi! everyone i want buy a new system with good config and my budget is 60 to 65 thousand .softwares nuke ,fusion .
which motherboard is best for our purpose AMD,INTEL or ASUS ?
graphic card ATI or Nvidia ?:confused:
