responsibilities
VFX Tech Coordinator is responsible for the management of information and asset flow during a project. This Coordinator will Log, Prep and manage assets for use by the artists. Must be organized with knowledge of naming conventions and ability to interact with artists & supervisors

duties

•Maintain schedules, asset logging and flow both internal and to client
•Knowledge of Shockwave a plus
•Follow-up on action items as needed
•Set up and maintain project binders
•Help maintain directory structure
•Some Correspondence with client for project specific information
•Recording client notes and approvals
•Maintaining database

qualifications

•Prior VFX coordinating experience using FileMaker Pro or Shockwave and Data Wrangling.
•Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
•Proven ability to multi-task and to handle high volume needs while being organized
•Experienced in MS office (word, excel) and Adobe Acrobat (pdf’s)
•Knowledge of FTP software
