How to generate NormalMap from B/W picture?

Hi. I would like to use Fusion for creating normalmaps from black and white pictures or masks to the standart tanget space normal map. I tried to use normalbump material, but problem is, I have to render from 3D to 2D by render node and second problem is that normal map has shifted colors by Gama or I don’t know. The blue color is so dark.

Any ideas?
