Fusion 6 dosent show some video in loader window

I have problem with my fusion 6 in this software i am not enable to load some footage actually its loading but not display in both loader it will display like attached image & this problem also bothering with poly mask tool specially this problem appear when i load 608×256 size video & when i scale or resize any video its distort all the video. can any one tell me how to solve this problem. its my hardware problem ? or any thing else well my system hardware is AMD phenomX4 with 2GB of RAM & Asus M3A78-EM mother board with inbuilt GPU & all video working fine in fusion 5.2
