Check out Mr. Parla’s monstrous handstyles. Quite a grimy body of work, but it really feels like what the Ten Commandments would have looked like if God were an artist.
here’s the animated short “eden” I just finished. The most interesting fact about it is that it is created in true 3-D (for stereoscopic viewing). So if you have a pair of red/cyan glasses lying around, grab them and enjoy (well, enjoy as much as the youtube quality lets you…). I guess it’s still watchable in 2-D… you decide 🙂

The film was made with Blender (don’t try this at home, this tool is evil when it comes to really large scenes!), Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Audition.
Hope you like it.

Our favorite blog to live vicariously through, the Parrot really puts it out there while constantly burning through roll after roll of film. Click HERE for more.
This new Mr. Oizo documentary not only makes us feel dirty and partially molested but also proves what everyone has always suspected, that Mr. Oizo is actually a southern accented buxom blonde who ghost writes all the material for a group of studio musicians covered in lettuce and powdered sugar. WE TOLD YOU!
Check out the video HERE.
At Animech AB, in Sweden, I was the Director, VFX Art director and Compositor of a team of over 10 key people and 25 extra resources during 3 months
All Volume Ray, Lens flares, ZDepth, Motion blur, haze, screens projections where done in Nuke during post in a total of more then 100 Nuke comps.
I will have breakdowns of FX’s pretty soon.
Hope you like it:

All of best
We checked out the BMW Art Car exhibit this weekend at Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central. The giant ramp with day glo tire tracks was a little whatevs but the 4 cars on display from Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Frank Stella, and Robert Rauschenberg are giant masterpieces of speed, paint, and commerce. Well worth the trip to see the video that tells the story, as much as it is to see the cars themselves.
Check out this video of Andy Warhol painting the BMW M1 and a synopsis of the whole art car project itself: Click here to view the embedded video.
