Flamingo Rig in Maya

This is one of the rigs I made during my internship at Parasol Island. Since this flamingo is for an in-house production I could go all out. The rig is fully scalable and the feather interpenetration has been kept to a minimum. I am also responsible for the modelling, sculpting and texturing of this model. Hope you like the video, Robert

9 Story Entertainment recently announced that season two of the animated primetime comedy Fugget About It, will be carried as a Hulu Original series beginning 1 June. The first two episodes are available for Hulu Classic viewers while the full season is available for Hulu Plus members. Season one of the series launched in October 2013 also under the Hulu Originals banner. Episodes of both seasons can be found at here.
The popular primetime series follows mobster Jimmy Falcone and his family as they are relocated to Regina under the witness protection program. Falcone was once a feared capo in the Gambini crime family, but when his associates insisted he whack his good old Uncle Cheech, Jimmy had to draw the line. Now with the mob out to kill him, Jimmy has no choice but to turn to the dark side and become a witness for the Feds. Jimmy and his family are sent into witness protection in cold, snowy Regina, where it’s hard for a quick-tempered goodfella to live as a regular schnook among polite and friendly Canadians.
Originally developed for the TELETOON at Night Pilot Project, Fugget About It was created by Nicholas Tabarrok and Willem Wennekers, and developed by Jeff Abugov. Executive producers are Nicholas Tabarrok, Willem Wennekers, Jeff Abugov and for 9 Story, Vince Commisso and Steven Jarosz. 9 Story also handles international distribution. Series guest stars include Howie Mandell, Alan Thicke, Andrea Martin and Jason Jones (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart).

BRB Internacional will attend the upcoming edition of Natpe Europe (Prague, 23 – 26 June) with lots of new offerings. The company will present its latest productions buoyed by the tremendous general interest provoked by the recent presentation of the series Talking Tom and Friends and the excellent reception of the series Invizimals, set to premiere in the last quarter of the year in various different countries. It will also show, for the first time at this audiovisual event in Eastern Europe, the first episodes of Filly Funtasia and Mica.
Based on the app phenomenon created by Out Fit 7, starring Talking Tom and his friends, which has millions of fans around the world, the series Talking Tom and Friends revolves around the real lives of these popular app stars. Aimed at a target audience of between 6-11 year olds, it’s all about a new cartoon sitcom that will premiere in 2015 around the world.
Meanwhile, the series Invizimals, based on a successful videogame saga from PlayStation, is preparing its premiere this autumn after the very warm welcome afforded its two TV movies –Invizimals: The Alliance and Invizimals: A Tale of Two Dimensions – which reached more than 8 million viewers around the world. The production allows viewers to access additional content, turning them into hunters of Invizimals creatures that are invisible to the human eye and who live in a parallel dimension to ours through mobile devices with a free ‘Invizimals: TV Capture’ app or PS Vita, thanks to the use of Augmented Reality.
Likewise, BRB will take to Natpe Europe the rest of its catalogue, which consists of the new Filly Funtasia, a series based on the well-known brand Filly from Dracco, and Mica, based on the very solid educational project from the Santillana Publishing House.
