Please list good institute to join….

Hi..all..
im from india..i want my brother to do vfx course in some foriegn countries but not in india…
he is interested mainly in vfx and compositng stuff..and maybe particles and dynamics..also he just completed a 1 yr course in compositing..
he applied in lost boys learning ..but he could’nt get it due to seat full..
so..please experts..here..
list some good institutes..in places like
canada,uk or singapore..
