Need professional advice !

1-Is Toronto is a good place for large amount of vfx jobs.?
2-Is there any problem of good salaries there.?
3-I am an experienced 3d artist from Pakistan willing to relocate to Toronto so….if i am not wrong there will be no problem of good vfx jobs as compare to Pakistan.?
4-Pls Tell me which softwares they prefer , one of my friend said that there is only MAYA in demand there [for the post of 3d]……is it true?
5-How to reach Toronto they are not providing work permits on vfx skills .?
6-If i join SENECA will it be good for my career here.?
