So here we go, first, here is an example of a bad 3d track with shakiness and all that jazz
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tR2MBY_YkiE&feature
(Yost is my last name by the way)
Now the text is very shaky, and moves with the camera, there are two common causes for this problem.
Cause 1: The frame rate is not correctly set.
Cause 2: The start index is off ( Starts at frame one rather than zero or vice-versa)
Here is how to fix Cause 1
Go into boujou and change the frame rate to match your footage, then reexport.(If you are importing into 3ds max then make sure that the framerate is a whole number, max does not accept frame rates such as 29.97, change that to 30)
How to fix Cause 2
When you export camera solve to boujou, untick the box that says "Use format defualt for start index and null size. Then, in the start index box, change the number to zero if it says one, and one if it says zero.
One of these solutions will fix the out of sync problem in your 3d program, so you get a much better result like this one

The text is now well in place
Hope this helped!!!
