Good place for free stock footage?

Ok so i dont have a wonderful HD camcorder or even a piece of crap but i would like to know if there is a site out there (or more) that offer free stock footage…can anyone help a newby out?

PS Great forum you guys have here, im currently learning after effects and ive been working with 3ds max for over a year now
