Charges for a 30 sec 3D animation

Need a little help from all of you. Can anyone tell me how much does a 30 second 3D animation cost in India. I am planning a 30 sec 3d commercial & need to quote but as I am new I have no clue on how much to quote. The local clients need a quotation even before my storyboard is ready so anyone with this information please do share with me. Its urgent.
