Aater effects pen tool points question

Hi guys in after effects while masking with pen tool i am masking shape of my head and then as i am falling down i tracked the mask to fallow my head, now how can i animate all the points around my head that i have created on with pen tool so the /mask/shape stay same shape as my head while i am mowing or falling.
