DreamWorks Animation that has theatrically released a total of 27 animated feature films, as well as the franchise properties of Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, and many more, have agreed to sign an exclusive, worldwide music publishing administration agreement with Rondor Music International a subsidiary of Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG).
DreamWorks Animation and Rondor intend to work together on a number of creative initiatives, which include opportunities for Rondor and UMPG writers and artists to contribute music to DreamWorks Animation productions.

It consistently finds new and exciting ways to create the best in high quality family entertainment and connect it with a global audience. This is a remarkable opportunity for our writers and artists to be involved with those compelling productions,” said Rondor Music president Lance Freed, while speaking to Music Week.
The extensive deal includes the entire DreamWorks Animation music list created over the past two decades, in addition to music included in future DreamWorks Animation films, television programs and live entertainment properties.
DreamWorks Animation is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in high quality CG animated feature films, televisions specials and series, and live entertainment properties.
