The classically trained Chilly Gonzales and rock provocateur Peaches brought out the best in each other when they first met at a basement jam session. Coming from opposite ends of the spectrum, they found common ground in their willingness to cross over. That bliss of breaking down the familiar and giving an unknown path a try shines through in the animation of Patrick Doyon, an Academy Award-nominated director. Sometimes, an apple rotten with old ways can grow into a sturdy new tree. The Red Bull Music Academy is a global music institution committed to fostering creativity in music. We celebrate music, its culture, and the transformative minds behind it.
