The sync is part of my research into the concept, and serves as further proof of the concept. I also feel that as time goes by and awareness grows around the concept, the sync in question as well as the remainder of my research will serve as a means of criticism, comment, and news reporting either through a third party, or myself in relation to a third party, regarding the concept of synchronicity in humanity’s creative works and culture. Because of this I feel the sync should be allowed to be posted on Vimeo pursuant to Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976 and be classified under “fair use” status. Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976 allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
