Accounts/Finance :

• Executive – Accounts/Payroll
• Assistant – Accounts/ Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day general ledger accounting and reporting
• Hands on experience in Payroll processing
• Responsible for the preparation, coordination, review and analysis of the management reporting package for month-end
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage accurate accounting and reporting
• Review and finalize Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet
• Review and finalize variance analysis
• Statuary Compliance
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules
• Coordinate and review monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reporting

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA intern preferred
• 1+ years Accounting/Finance experience for Assistant Accounts &4+ years Accounting/Finance experience for Executive Accounts
• Experience working with multi business units within a global corporation preferred
• Experience with Tally software
• Excellent excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Matte Paint :

Junior Matte Paint Artist

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Supervisors to produce painting and elements that matches concept
• Provide or acquire photographic reference materials
• 2D and 3D paintings for digital environments
• Camera Setup
• Modeling for Projection
• Camera Animation
• Projection Setup
• Image Re-Projection
• Atmospherics and Light Passes

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience Required:

• BFA Degree
• 1+ years work experience required in feature films creating photorealistic environments.

Skills, Abilities, Special Licenses or Certificate:

• Photoshop knowledge
• Maya knowledge
• Understanding of Nuke or compositing software
• Strong knowledge of advanced matte painting techniques including color space, digital paint techniques and Photoshop file management (be it file format, bit depth resolution or appropriate layering of elements)
• Strong knowledge and ability with perspective, value matching, and motion
• Strong knowledge of camera focal lengths and composition
• Knowledge of film resolution and aspect ratios
• Strong time management in relation to deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Rendering :

1) Junior Render Wrangler

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Move data between facilities. Move data on/off disk for Client deliveries or turnovers.
• Manage Render Farm utilization and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting of technical render issues and escalates to proper support channels if necessary.
• Responsible for management of shows resources and maintaining optimal efficiency.
• Responsible for providing productions with Projections and Resource Reports.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• 1+ year experience in VFX
• Production experience in computer animation, visual effects, or game industry.
• Experience with Maya, Houdini, Nuke, or other 3rd party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently or within a group, and work with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication skills in dealing with both technical and artistic groups.
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Computer Graphics or Film. ● Python, Perl, C++ programming skills a huge plus.
