Apple iPhone Sticker Fight

Apple is promoting a range of iPhone 7 sticker collections with “Sticker Fight”, a commercial bringing the world of stickers into everyday city life. The ad begins and ends with sticker-powered attempts at romance, interspersed with a huge sticker fight on the street, in a diner. Hand-sized stickers are slapped on pedestrians and diners alike, including Sesame Street’s Cookie Monster, South Park’s Eric Cartman, Disney’s Minnie Mouse, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Care Bear Rainbow, So Me’s C’est Magnifique, Sanrio’s Hello Kitty, a Marvel Captain America shield, Harry Dude, and Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar. The iPhone connection becomes obvious at the end as the romance guy from the beginning starts a promising sticker-powered exchange with a young woman across the street. Music is “Boys are Boys and Girls are Choice,” the 1966 hit by American garage rock band The Monks. Apple is selling sticker collections on the USA iTunes store, accessible via AppStore.com/SayItWithStickers.
