1940s Television: Mary Small sings two songs

Early television: a 1949 clip of Mary Small singing two songs, including the infamous “Tenement Symphony”. The lighting is pretty bad at times…keep in mind that “network TV” was only 3 years old at the time. I expect network radio had just as many problems when it was 3 years old.
