Production Coordinator or VFX atrists?

I got an offer as Production Coordinator and roto artist. My bg is VFX and thinking in which streams I’d step in shoes. I’ve a quite exp in animation for 3 yrs.
And I am thinking Production Coordinator is the best to start up my career and will be respectable position to deal with. and leave the vfx forever.

anyone tell how will be the job as coordinator?

1) Whats the best software to capture videos(for breakdowns) and at what frame rate,extension and codec i should set it

2) is there a showreel specification to be followed?(format.extension.frame rate., etc in europe)

Help for a begginer: Post apocalyspe look on after effects

Color Grading & Correction (AE)

Hi guys, i have a question regarding color correction and grading using Color Finesse 3 in AE 5.5. Which of the folllowing methods yield better results ?

1. Go to work on the footage directly with Color F.
2. Make a jpeg sequence of the footage and then apply the Color finesse plugin onto it.
3 It does’nt matter.
