Create 3D Models Textures from Photos

Photosculpt creates 3d models and 3d textures from just 2 photos of the same subject, which is quite interesting.div class=”feedflare”

UV Passes and texturing

Hi Everyone,
I’m a 3D artist just starting to get into composting. I’ve been researching retexturing and relighting in nuke this past months and hit a bit of a road block…

Was hoping someone can help me out with UV passes and replacing textures to a comp.

I have a layered exr (from vray) and am wanting to just replace the floor .First is this even possible with the provided multi matte elements? amusing vray has antialiased it?

any help greatly appreciated 😀

Cheers

EDIT:
In the scene file provided I accidently multipyed the new texture into the diffuse. When I put it to over the Gama goes off. What teh proper way to add this new texture to the diffuse?

Object/Material ID’s and Nuke?

I’ve searched and seen the older threads and discussions and I couldn’t figure them out.

Is there still no easy/straightforward way to use a Object/Material ID as a mask for say a color correction which is what I want it for?

Im a novice Nuke guy admittedly, but this is something that seemed to be simple in other packages.

Thanks for any help

La Gaite Lyrique

Yves Geleyn has delivered this dreamy Short Film for the french Gallery La Gaîté Lyrique, a new venue in Paris featuring digital art and contemporary music.

The film contains some of Yves’ signature characters, which lead the viewer through the gallery’s architecture. However, it’s more of an emotional journey than an architectural walkthrough,. The 3D (by One More Production) might feel a bit rushed on some shots, but the stylized quality fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the piece. Additionally, there is an interactive walk through in the works, realized with the studio Grouek.
