Freshers as junior compositors ?

I am from India.I have a doubt, what if i master comping softwares, excel in my craft and end up with a strong Reel, the one thing i will be missing is experience, which i know counts very much in my resume.
I am from India.I have a doubt, what if i master comping softwares, excel in my craft and end up with a strong Reel, the one thing i will be missing is experience, which i know counts very much in my resume.
If i do some Internships and get some production experience then will i be able to get a decent job of at least a Jr. Compositor and bypass the Roto job ?
I mean do freshers with good knowledge and strong Reel but no well production experience get hired as Jr.Compositors?
