About us:
D-Facto Motion GmbH is a postproduction-facilty based in Munich, Germany.
We create visual effects, animation & design for feature films, commercials & TV series. It is our ultimate ambition to provide each project with its very own unique look and feel.

For a TV-Feature-Film we’re looking for an experienced Modeling Supervisor.

Job description:
* Conceptualize, monitor, and oversee the production.
* Build and execute complex CG models.
* Interpret and translate creative direction to the modelers.
* Ensure modeling work is carried out on schedule and on budget.
* Actively participate in development and enhancement of workflow and pipeline.
* Collaborate closely with Art Director & VFX Supervisor
* Supervise & Train other team-members.

Requirements:
* Feature-Film-Production experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of the creation and use of geometry assets in a CG feature production.
* Previous supervisory or leadership role.
* Experience with a high-end 3D modeling or sculpting system (Maya / Z-Brush) for the creation of both hard surface and organic models.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Artistic approach.
* Strong communication skills.
