A paid position.
This can be work for hire, fulltime staff, short term freelance, one time payment….as long as money changes hands it is classified as a legitimate job.
No freebies or "it will look good on your reel" posts will be accepted any longer.
If you post a freebie in the Job Lot it will be deleted and you will be warned. Do it 3 times and you will be banned.
This may sound harsh, but it will benefit everyone. For starters we want legitimate job opportunities to not be afraid to post here….if this site becomes another Mandy they will be!
Secondly I want our members to check here first for job opportunities! If all the posts are offering by way of compense is a sandwich and a bottled water it becomes discouraging to even take the time to look.
For now I will just be keeping an eye on the forum when I have time. If it continues I will make it so all Job postings will have to be approved before they will be displayed. If any members notice one of these slip past us, please report it and I will take care of it.
