Bubbles upon disturbance

I’m trying to simulate the effect when you pour a bottle of water into a glass and the disturbance creates tiny bubbles that disapear. I tried using the foam script as my starting point but that script creates particles upon impact, which essentially i need to do too, but only until water fills the area of the cup first. Bubbles need to be created when there’s water hitting water and not when water hits the glass. I don’t know if that made sense but I can go into detail of what i want. Anybody knows if i can edit a script or any working methods to take on this look?

If anyone knows a line of code or workflow to simulate this I’d appreciate it?
