writing frame #s from timecode?

Hi! As you may guess I’m new to this forum 🙂 There may be an obvious answer to this, but I can’t find it in the manual or anywhere online.

I’d like to write the frame #s of my output to correspond with the timecode of the shot, using the typical DI scheme of 01:00:00:00 = 86400.

Nuke is reading the timecode of the shot correctly (as seen with the viewmetadata node), but I cant figure out how to get this into the filenaming string.

Also is there anyway to display the timecode of the shot as opposed to the frame # is the viewer?

Thanks in advance!

Best
