fbx import-export

i am trying to import a geometry from maya into nuke via fbx.but it isn’t taking the animation.
i have animated the vertices of the geometry, cud that be a problem,even tried baking the animation keys still won’t work.

i have a whole group of a character ,(head,body and 2 planes for hand)
when i export as a group, the animation in head and body(spheres) comes along but the planes stay as it is.(have animated the vertices in them),also tried exporting them,seperatly..no luck

cant figure out now how get the 2 animated planes as an animated geometry in nuke.

any suggestions..
