How does one land their first job as a junior compositor in London?

Hi all!

I’m new to post production and am learning Nuke with a view to getting a job as a junior compositor. With so many entry level jobs being outsourced, those few entry level jobs that still remain require at least 6 months commercial experience. Chicken and egg :confused:

How does one land their first job as a junior compositor in London?
