Description:

• Need to have the zest to learn about the ever growing AVGC industry (animation, visual effects, gaming, comics and technology)/ Radio and Music Industry/ Cable, Satellite, DTH, Business, Sports, Post Production, Marketing & Advertising Industry.
• Connect and constantly engage with the industry personnel.
• Verify facts, data, statistics, reportage, and ensure high standards of journalistic ethics and maintain and build the credibility that the site has attained.
• Be able to develop a source.
• Pitch story ideas to editors.
• Attend news conferences.
• Ensure that the language of the site maintains global standards and ensure that the style-sheet is conformed with at all times across www.animationxpress.com / www.radioandmusic.com / www.indiantelevision.com
• Have an attitude of positive development of the industry while reporting on it.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 0 to 9 years of experience in digital media / journalism.
• Impeccable news judgement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Conversant with basics of editing.

Preferred Requirements:

• Passion for journalism that fulfils audience needs, integrates audience response, and prioritizes audience engagement.
• Knowledge of and passion for digital media.
• Able to work within a tight deadline.
• Curious about the world around.
• Ability to delve deeper.
• Inquisitive nature and open to learning.
• Must be able to work well alone or in a team.
