Posted in: Animation
WORK, WORK, WORK This delirious teen sings Rihanna’s Work while under anaesthetic at the dentist
Rihanna would be proud! Hilarious moment teenage girl wakes up from dental surgery and believes she’s performing in the star’s concert (and she even waves to her fans)
Melodie Tataryn was still suffering the effects of pain medication
Her parents tried to relax her by saying she was singing in a concert
The 13-year-old then sings Rihanna’s ‘Work’ with mouthful of cotton wool
This hilarious footage shows the moment a delirious teenager sings Rihanna’s ‘Work’ believing she’s in concert – when in reality she was in surgery after a having her wisdom teeth removed.
Melodie Tataryn was still suffering the effects of pain medication at the surgeon’s office when her parents came to check if she was alright.
Trying to soothe their 13-year-old daughter’s discomfort, her parents tell her she is getting ready for a performance.
Melodie Tataryn, 13, game out of surgery for removal of her wisdom teeth, and believed she was about to perform in a concert
Having made sure she isn’t on stage yet, Melodie, from Kelowna in British Columbia, Canada, makes sure to fix her hair so she has the ‘rock star look’.
Ready for stage, she breaks out into the chorus to Rihanna’s summer smash hit, singing through the cotton wool in her mouth.
Once she has finished the song, complete with a special dance routine, Melodie then tells mum and dad, Everest, to ‘peace out’.
Despite the teenager having a mouthful of cotton wool, she tries to blast out Rihanna’s Work song
She describes how she wants to ‘go rock star’ with the ‘performance’ and so pulls her hair down
Rihanna was the inspiration for the 13-year-old girl from British Columbia after she came out of surgery
Everest said: ‘We were very surprised at what the medication brought out of Melodie.
‘She is normally more quiet and reserved but she really loves her music.
‘This was the second concert she did after waking from her surgery.
‘We were there for over 30 minutes waiting for the effects of the medication to wear off but she was still loopy when they finally sent us home.
‘The whole episode was very entertaining.
‘She was even waving to people in the parking lot thinking they were fans on the way to her ‘limo’.’
The youngster gives herself the ‘rock look’ before belting out one of Rihanna’s most popular tunes

To love America is to love all Americans. John Cena takes a break between dropping body slams to drop some truth – that patriotism is more than pride of country, it’s love beyond labels.
While the vast majority of Americans consider themselves unprejudiced, many of us unintentionally make snap judgments about people based on what we see – whether it’s race, age, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability. The Love Has No Labels campaign challenges us to open our eyes to our implicit, or unconscious, bias and work to stop it in ourselves, our families, our friends, and our colleagues. Make Inishturk Great Again
Posted in: Animation
This little Irish island has a big Donald Trump problem. Even in the best of times, escaping the grind for a small foreign island seems a preferred choice. And the 58 residents of Inishturk, a charming, heavily sheeped island off the west coast of Ireland definitely prefer it. But things may be changing for that sleepy island community soon. When Trump’s political campaign gained enough steam to make his opponents nervous, this little Irish island went viral with a rumor stating that any Trump refugee looking to escape his presidency would be welcomed in Inishturk. Turns out a lot of people took that rumor seriously.

THE CURSE AND THE JUBILEE is an intimate, arresting portrait of the cursed Appalachian mining town of Ivanhoe, Virginia. The film captures the town as it prepares for the annual Jubilee, a wild 4th of July celebration where families and neighbors let loose and triumph over daily hardships, industrial abandonment, and prejudice.
